Step 2. Your working surface should be a smooth tabletop, or a surface that resembles one. I use a big, thin sheet of scrap lexan, rather than a tabletop, to minimize cleanup. |

Roll out masking paper upon working surface. Use masking paper and tissue paper that are approximately the same size. Roll out a little more masking paper than the length of tissue paper you are using. |
Cut off your length of masking paper. You may need to secure the edges of the paper with paperweights or tape, to keep it in place. |
